Thank you for your interest in Akilah! The admissions process for the Foundation Year 2010 has now ended.
We will begin accepting applications for the 2011 Diploma Program in June 2010. Please check back soon for more information.
Directions to the Akilah Institute
The Akilah Institute in Kigali is located on the compound of REACH, another nonprofit organization, in Kibagabaga. The Akilah classrooms are located in the large building in front of the white conference center building.
*** From MTN Center (Nyarutarama). Go towards B-Club or Tigo Headquarters. Turn right on Kinyinya-Kibagabaga Road, then again turn right after 500 meters on Kibagabaga road. Turn right on the first dirt road before the Kibagabaga Hospital (near Isaro Housing Estate). There is a large sign on the roadside for REACH. Continue past 2 houses on your right. Turn right on the dirt road that heads down the hill and towards the valley. You will see the REACH compound in front of you.
***From Kimironko. Pass the market and Bank Populaire. Turn left on Kibagabaga road, and drive all the way to the Kibagabaga Hospital. (near Isaro Housing Estate.) Turn left on the first dirt road after the Kibagabaga Hospital. There is a large sign on the roadside for REACH. Continue past 2 houses on your right.
